Cayman Connection is excited to launch our NEW Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) training. Through our training we will act as a critical friend and strategic advisor, taking time to understand and gain real insight into where your organisation is and the journey it needs to take. We go beyond a compliance-based process; we combine research and expertise with a reflective approach that engages and challenges minds, ensuring authentic development, actions and learnings that create genuine impact.

We will use our human, Caymankind approach to support you in achieving happier, more welcoming, and understanding workplaces. We will equip you with knowledge to improve your systems and provide you with practical tips and resources that you can use to attract a more diverse workforce and customer base.

How do I book?

We deliver bespoke support to your organisation and its challenges; therefore, we always request an initial consultation to get to know your needs, and then create an individual plan based on the journey you are on. After discussing your current and future EDI needs, we will present our recommended solutions and work collaboratively with you to create, develop and implement your individual action plan.

Our fun, purposeful and thought-provoking delivery can be virtual, face to face or blended. All training will be highly engaging and interactive for all in attendance, including tasks and scenario-based activities aimed at sparking reflection, growth and long-lasting positive change within each participant. We don’t just stop at the initial training; we can also provide leadership coaching, team building workshops, and EDI audits and reviews.
