Lead Student Ambassador

Ayanda Jones

What Ayanda says about Cayman Connection:

Cayman Connection has opened the door to many invaluable friendships and professional acquaintances that share similar values and experiences to me as a student overseas. These contacts make me feel more confident in pursuing my educational goals as I can draw from the support of other like me. Volunteering as a student ambassador has helped me develop a wide skillset that I have been able to apply in my personal and professional life.Cayman Connection to me means culture, wellbeing and support away from home.

Lead Student Ambassador

Zoe Conolly Basdeo

What Zoe says about Cayman Connection:

Cayman Connection is true to its name, in that it has been invaluable in keeping me connected to other Caymanians in the UK. Given how hard it can be to find another Caribbean student, much less someone else from Cayman, knowing that a huge network of Caymanians is just one click away is incredibly reassuring for whenever I miss home a little more than usual.
