Raised in the Cayman Islands, I have my bare-feet firmly rooted in the sand. This keeps me grounded and centred as the busy, corporate world races around me….with 24 years experience in the financial industry both offshore and in London, I have worked within high net worth private client advice in the regulated financial industry, and have over 10 years experience in the learning, development, supervision and coaching of world class professionals.
I have a strong focus on psychology when working with clients, playing with behaviours and mindset to effect adaptability and change. Alongside coaching individuals, I work with senior leadership teams to build on their collective visions, strategies and help drive real collaboration, and team effectiveness. Most importantly I work with teams to develop true psychological safety, and sometimes that means getting in a different ‘space’ altogether. This ensures teams move forward as one and know that they are greater than the sum of the parts, but that the responsibility lies with each individual. Creating cultural change is a driver for me, and with a record of success in the many teams, I’m proud to be effective in shifting culture to create a growth mindset, frequently evidenced through greatly improved employee surveys. A keynote speaker for leadership and cultural shift in the corporate world, particularly with a focus on inspiring growth and development. I am a Non-Exec Director for two inspiring companies, I mentor many diverse individuals, promote alley-ship and advocacy as an essential part of breaking diversity barriers going forward.
