Beginning on Wednesday, 12 January, Cayman Connection’s social media platforms will host the 12 Days of Mindfulness campaign.
Each day, one of a collection of 12 mindful activities will be posted, along with a link to content created by Caymanians and Cayman-connected persons who will share their practice, expertise and suggestions on the activity. Content will include videos, audio clips, exercises and more, all geared towards living in the moment, for people of all ages.
