Management Trainee Programme directed to new college and University graduates. The programme is a comprehensive training programme to learn and practice the critical skills needed to be placed in a business management position.
 

The Programme consists of 6 weeks guided internship with a weekly group meeting and bi-weekly coaching session facilitated by education professionals and SME (Subject Matter Experts).

The Management Trainee Programme is zero-cost to qualified candidates with a $100 sign-up fee that is fully refundable upon completion of the course.

Jan Gupta is the Founder and Chair of Resilience Cayman.  Her life-long passion for solving big issues led her to start Resilience in order to support the individuals and families in Cayman who have been directly impacted by the COVID19 pandemic in the form of socio-economic hardships. 

Jan brings her 25 years of experience in business, finance and entrepreneurship from Canada and the US to help guide Resilience in its various programs that include support for local farmers and entrepreneurs, as well as young Caymanians joining the workforce and those residents needing a helping hand as they get back on their feet after job disruption.
