CC Cook Club

  • Produce engaging features at events as well as competitions (cooking, baking, mixology, blind tastings) highlighting primarily Caymanian and Caribbean cuisines (traditional, contemporary and fusion)
Organise market tours, gastronomical experiences, themed nights, chef demonstrations at member homes for the group, and other ‘foodie’-focused activities
  • Highlight healthier versions of beloved recipes (i.e. ingredients, methods of cooking) and include suggestions for vegetarian and vegan alternatives (can also be included in blind tastings)
  • Create a list of member-approved restaurants by location and a preferred vendor list by location for procuring ingredients readily available in the Cayman Islands and Caribbean
  • Create a stock image library of traditional Caymanian dishes and beverages for promotional use by Cayman Connection
