Lisa-Ann Hurlston-McKenzie, Senior Policy Advisor (Environment & Resiliency) is an experienced sustainability and climate professional with 25 years advancing sustainable development in Caribbean small islands.
She is skilled in climate change research and strategic policy development and adaptation implementation for resiliency, Environmental Impact Assessments preparation and review, sustainable design and green building practices, corporate sustainability, GHG management and accounting, and public education and stakeholder engagement.
Lisa has experience in LEED certifications for New Construction and Homes, and Environmental Management Systems design, auditing and certification for tourism facilities and corporate administration.

Policy Advisor (Resiliency), Morgan Golden-Ebanks is pursuing a career that involves the sustainable management of Cayman’s socio-ecological systems. Enhancing resilience is a key goal of such management.
Morgan has a Master of Natural Resources and Bachelor of Science (in Coastal Environmental Science) and has participated in biological and social science research, with one publication in the former and one pending in the latter. Morgan has been involved in local citizen groups that participate in activism and program development in the Cayman Islands. One life goal is to contribute to the establishment of truly resilient and sustainable practices and systems in the Cayman Islands, for the welfare of both people and nature.
