How Cayman Connection Members Can Vote from Overseas

As a Caymanian student or trainee living overseas, you are still part of the Cayman community—and that includes having your say in the 2025 Cayman Islands General Elections! Cayman Connection members can easily vote using postal voting, so you don’t miss out. Here’s a simple guide to making sure your voice is heard.

Who Can Apply for a Postal Ballot?

You’re eligible if you’re:

  • A Caymanian voter currently overseas for school or training.
  • Already registered to vote (check your status with the Elections Office if you’re unsure).

How It Works

  • Fill Out the Form – Download Form B – Postal Ballot Application here: Apply Now. Deadline to apply is April 17, 2025.
  • Send It In – Email your completed form to office@elections.ky.
  • Receive Your Ballot – If approved, the Elections Office will mail your ballot along with a prepaid return envelope, so you don’t have to pay for postage.
  • Vote and Return It – Mark your ballot, follow the instructions, and send it back as soon as possible!

Important Things to Remember

  • Your ballot must be received by Election Day (April 30, 2025) for it to be counted.
  • Double-check your mailing address to make sure you receive your ballot on time.
