How special to once again be able to share in and enjoy the successes of a fellow Caymanian overseas.

We were delighted to be able to travel to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival for the first time this week – to enjoy the city, the comedy, theatre, street dance, the vibrance of the festival and, most importantly, the spectacular performance by Caymanian in the UK and Cayman Connection’s General Manager, Rita Estevanovich in Tim Walker’s “Bloody Difficult Women.”

“Tim Walker’s acclaimed Bloody Difficult Women played to packed houses at Riverside Studios in London earlier this year and its run was extended due to popular demand. It sees the tumultuous political events of recent years played out in a power struggle between two determined women.

Walker’s intensely human account of the case Gina Miller brought against Theresa May makes for revealing – often hilarious – theatre, but, ultimately, it’s a tragedy where there are no winners, only losers. The story is brought up to date in a dramatic finale.” – Assembly Festival

Rita’s performance was captivating, shared on stage with a strong cast and an emotive topic – this is one not to be missed!

The Edinburgh Fringe is an occasion to be remembered and is highly recommended. Rita will be playing throughout the month and tickets can be purchased HERE.
