 Cayman Connection’s quarter one focus on Health & Wellbeing continues this month with ‘Fit4Feb: Prove You Moved 2’ and Fitness Feb! Move & Mingle in the Virtual Yard.

Launched in February 2021 while many members were still experiencing lockdown conditions, the Fit4Feb fitness challenge encourages members to reach new, personal levels of fitness for the mind and the body over a two-week period

While the entire month of February focuses on physical fitness, the challenge itself will run from 9th – 23rd of February, culminating in our Fitness Feb! Move & Mingle virtual event on 23rd February. The event will feature an exciting, Soca HIIT session led by a fitness professional, discussions with Fit4Feb participants, a prize draw and an award for the person who ‘proved they moved’ and engaged the most during the challenge.
