YOU WANT TO STAY CONNECTED VIA SOCIAL MEDIA…But how..?
Many of our reliable members are already staying connected with us via our Facebook page and Facebook group, but did you know there is a difference between these? CCUK’s Facebook PAGE is a community page to be LIKED open to all the public which is intended to keep anyone interested in CCUK and the Cayman Islands informed and up-to-date with CCUK events, news from Cayman, news in the UK which relates to Cayman and general information that we think will be of interest to the members.
Our Facebook GROUP is also open to the public, but members have to request to join, these requests are monitored to ensure that anyone on this group is genuinely associated with Cayman and so we remove spammers and anyone without a genuine interest. This group can then be used to share information that is more personally related to Cayman and the Cayman group. Information from CCUK page may be shared here, but this platform can also be used by members to speak to other members in the group, or promote something that they are doing in the UK, someone might want some assistance from another member for something Cayman related, this would be the place to do that!
