So excited for Fit 4 Feb – I love this time of year when we can help each other get out and get moving – it really helps to have a community behind you! I have some personal goals and am doing well so far!
Fit4Feb – a great initiative for all! It makes me more conscious if my inactivity and helps me stay focused on making movement a priority. I also love seeing all of the images and photos of participants and welcoming new people to CC Fit Club!
It’s been another great Fit4Feb. Really motivating at this dreary time of year. So pertinent as the days lengthen and spring starts to bloom. So do we.
Last day of Fit4Feb23. No slacking. Just completed 30 minute exercise cycle.
Third year for me and every year it’s got me moving.
I wanted to take part again this year as last year much fun was had with trying new exercises and doing exercises with friends and even pets.
