Fit4Feb: Prove You Moved III

8 – 22 February 2023

Get ready for year three of our Fit4Feb: Prove You Moved Fitness Challenge!

Beginning 8 February until 22 February, Cayman Connection is inviting members to join CC Fit Club’s Fit4Feb: Prove You Moved III fitness challenge.  Our CC Fit Club community offers exactly what one needs when starting a journey in fitness for the first time, or after an extended break. And if you are a fitness pro or seasoned athlete, we also have members who teach and/or compete locally and internationally so you will feel at home.  Fit4Feb is an opportunity for EVERYONE to succeed in their personal health goals over a two-week period with others cheering you on and feeling inspired by your efforts.

Once the challenge ends, CC Fit Club doesn’t – we share our activity year-round. We support members’ efforts via the ‘CC Fit Club’ WhatsApp chat, where literal ‘movers and shakers’ are able to share photos and video clips to ‘prove they moved’, encourage others, and also, feel supported in their own efforts to get fitter.

We also partner with award-winning fitness professionals who provide videos to get you started in your workouts, no matter your level of fitness.

The grand prize for the fitness challenge will be awarded to the person who ‘proved they moved’ and engaged the most during the two-week challenge, and a prize draw will also take place for participants of the Fit4Feb.

HAYLEY BURNS

Hayley Burns was born and raised near Loch Lomond in the highlands of Scotland.

“I spent my childhood dancing. For 15 years I competed, gaining the title of 6-time Scottish champion. The joy I felt dancing is what I want for you. Movement has always been an important part of my life. I believe that there is a vital connection between movement and the mind and that this relationship is personal to everyone. What sets me apart is my understanding that training someone really is a unique experience and that experience depends on a lot of factors. I can plan high intensity cardio sessions in contrast to slow controlled weight work but ultimately I plan around you. Are you stressed? Do you feel anxious entering a gym? Do you need a mixture of routines? Keep it simple? Do you need to be pushed hard? It truly depends on what your mental and physical state is that day. By really listening to your body and your mind, we will achieve goals more efficiently.”  Hayley is gifting four Mindful Movement personal training sessions with the winner of this year’s challenge.
