Resilience Cayman offers a new Management Trainee Programme directed to new college and University graduates. The Management Trainee programme is a comprehensive training programme where you learn and practice the critical skills needed to be placed in a business management position.

All you need to do is bring your personality, enthusiasm, talent and team spirit along for the ride, and we’ll help with the rest. After all, we are the experts in helping young Caymanians get to where they want to.

The Programme consists of 6 sessions (12 weeks) guided internship with a weekly group meeting and bi-weekly coaching session facilitated by education professionals and SME (Subject Matter Experts).

The Management Trainee Programme is zero-cost to qualified candidates with a $100 sign up fee that is fully refundable upon completion of the course.
