Allison Fernandez is a Human Resources professional with seven (7) years of experience in the financial services sector in the Cayman Islands. She started her career with a leading law firm as a scholarship recipient and joined their HR team immediately after completing her bachelor’s degree.
She is passionate about organizational culture and career development. Allison loves to help people achieve their goals by providing helpful information or connecting them with the right people that could share valuable mentorship.
Host Ashlea Smith
Executive Director for Cayman Connection, Ashlea Smith was born in the Cayman Islands and resides in the UK. She has worked in the charitable, not-for-profit space since 2015, primarily in the sport, physical activity and health sector.
Ashlea extends her community development experience to her overseas work in Zambia, where she has worked on grassroot development programmes using sport as a tool to support the education and development of young people and their communities. READ MORE
