Guest Mixololgist Maya Grant

As a young Caymanian, Maya Grant began her journey in cocktails and hospitality 6 years ago, when a professional bar course was being offered by the Cayman Islands Government and Wineschool3. This sparked her passion and pride for the intricacy of rum and creating cocktails. Since then, Maya has explored an array of different bar and restaurant environments as well as a variety of cocktail experiences which has led her to educate her fellow Caymanian bartenders on the skills of being a professional mixologist as well as started her own cocktail catering company, Fusion Mixology.
Fusion Mixology provides high-quality bar service for people aged 18+. We put together various different bar setups including cocktails, beers, wine and different tasting stations. The cocktails are created with the freshest local fruits made to engage the pallet as well as create an exciting drinking experience for the consumers. We are currently in the works of virtual masterclass to engage ever one at all locations, event the comfort of you home!
