Judging
The five-person judging panel will be nominated. They will review and evaluate all eligible applications – assessing entrants against a predetermined scoring matrix.
Judging criteria will include:

The Judges
Marzeta Bodden
Over the past 20 years, Marzeta has worked with organisations in aviation, tourism, education, financial services, and has held positions in the public, non-profit, and private sectors including as a business owner. Marzeta is currently the Deputy Director, Tourism Product Development for the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism and has responsibility for the coordination and implementation of projects and activities which will enhance the quality, competitiveness, and sustainability of the destination’s natural and built tourism product.
Shomari Scott
Shomari Scott is the Chief Business Officer for Health City Cayman Islands, where he directs the hospital’s marketing and business development and has strategic oversight for Caymanian development.
Mr. Scott is a past President of the Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the Cayman Islands Education Council and is a member of the Civil Service Complaints Commission. He was awarded the Young Caymanian Leadership Award in 2013 and recognised during the 2017 National Heroes Day Awards as an Emerging Pioneer in Tourism.
Sheree Ebanks

Sheree Ebanks is the Chief Executive Officer of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants (CIIPA) with over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry in the Cayman Islands. Sheree holds a number of board positions which include Chair of Caribbean Utilities Company, Chair of the Public Service Pensions Board, past Chair of the Cayman Drama Society and the University College of the Cayman Islands. Sheree is also an award winning amateur photographer and is passionate about education and the arts.
Winston Connolly
Winston Connolly is the Managing Partner of Chancery ESG Ltd, Cayman (CEL). CEL
focuses on three pillars of the future economy: Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), digital asset transactions and sanctions. Chancery ESG provides training to investment management teams and oversight boards who are incorporating ESG considerations in their existing business.
Dr Tasha Ebanks Garcia
Dr Tasha joined the Cayman Islands Government (CIG) civil service in 2013 as a Deputy Chief Officer in the Ministry of Education, Employment and Gender Affairs and in 2017 was recruited by the Office of the Deputy Governor (Strategic Reforms Implementation Unit) to serve as the Deputy Chief Advisor.
