CAYMAN ELECTION DAY IS WEDNESDAY 24 MAY 2017!

Are you Registered to Vote in Cayman? Do you know where your Constituency is? Do you know about one person, one vote? Do you know how to vote and about the voting deadlines? Do you know how to Register for a Postal Vote if you are in the UK?

If not it’s time to get in the KNOW! And we are here to  help.

There is a Facebook Group that you can join to help you with questions about how to vote and general information? VISIT: https://www.facebook.com/groups/RegisterToVoteCayman/.

This group is not about telling you what to think, or who to vote for. This group is a positive and informative resource for anyone interested in getting registered, interested in the voting process and for anyone who wants to encourage others to get registered to vote.

Being a registered voter means you already make a difference by letting Government know you have a voice that will impact not just your islands, but them as candidates.

Being registered is the first step to engaging in your democracy and we want to help you get registered to vote in the Cayman Islands on Election Day: Wednesday, May 24th, 2017.

CCUK also has other resources available to help you, including:

  1. Elections FAQ Fact sheet
  2. District Map
  3. FORMS:
    1. Application for Registration as an Elector
    2. Application to be treated as an Absent Elector Voting by POST
    3. Change of name, occupation or street address – ELECTIONS LAW
